Our MILWAUKEE® MX FUEL™ Pipe Threading Machine is the industry’s first cordless threading machine, designed to make your workflow easier and more productive. Powered by MX FUEL™ REDLITHIUM™ batteries, the machine eliminates the need to work near an outlet, allowing you to work anywhere – set up wherever it’s most convenient, and even in places that aren’t possible with other threading machines. Combined with a spring-assisted cart for easiest transportation and set up, plus a self-contained oil reservoir to keep oil off the ground. The MX FUEL™ Pipe Threading Machine allows you to easily move with your work, eliminating wasted time walking back and forth on the jobsite. For jobs requiring threading and grooving, the machine’s second hammer chuck enables the connection of roll grooving attachments without requiring any teardown or additional adapters, saving set-up time during every changeover. The Milwaukee® NPT Pipe Threading Die Head w/Micro-Adjust not only automatically releases for each thread, but the Micro-Adjust knob enables the easiest, most controlled die adjustments for consistent quality threads over time. The MX FUEL™ REDLITIUM™ XC406 battery pack delivers up to (140) ¾” cut, ream, and threads per charge, providing the runtime to work all day, and the power to thread up to 2” black iron pipe, stainless steel, rigid metal conduit (RMC) and more. Once the job is complete, the machine can be stored vertically upright without spilling, reducing the storage footprint. The threader is compatible with ONE-KEY™ Technology that wirelessly connects to a smartphone to track the tool’s location, manage it in inventory, and lock the tool out for added security and protection to your investment.

foreign ER the best part about it is moving it directly to the point of where we’re working and not having to find somewhere to plug in get power it rolls right over the gravel with these all you got to do is just roll it into a spot set it up and you’re ready to go it’s a well-balanced stance in transport mode you can bring it right where your pipe is right where you’re working and have no downtime in between oh it’s super easy to move around one simple motion you flip the switch folds in on itself pick it up and wheel it wherever you want the oil containment system is definitely sufficient we don’t have any spills we don’t have any overspray the work area stays clean the self-oiling mechanism frees up your other hand so you’re only threading with one hand turning the dial and that’s even self-feeding so it’s pretty easy the rear Chuck and arms on the back of the machine save a lot of time from taking the carriage off the front of the machine now you can just throw it on the back Chuck it in and you’re ready to groove that fine adjustment knob helps getting the correct amount of thread in the fitting to make the perfect seal it’s efficient the cleanup is very quick all you have to do is pull the pin on the Side Lower it down to the ground and it’s ready to go I am impressed by how long this battery lasts and what kind of power it puts in it runs longer than our workday does One battery lasts the full day there’s no downtime I was able to run a full day’s work cutting anywhere from half inch all the way up to two inch threads most cost for jobs are labor wasted time as a wasted labor and that right there will pay for itself this machine is extremely versatile and extremely easy to use it’s easy to set up it’s easy to take down everything about is easy and it’s got the power that you need on the job site it’ll definitely change how we work in the future from here on out [Music] foreign
