Its a great system with one exception – battery charging in it is Brutally slow at only 60w. Best have a multi-battery charger on hand or multiple single ones to replenish these batteries when not in use.
and then it takes two weeks to charge.

I can't see that powering a refrigerator for long. I guess you would just make sure its not being opened, and plug it in every so many hrs to maintain the cold inside? Todays refrigerators have so many stupid electronic accessories, you certainly wouldn't want to be keeping it plugged in for long. I'd be digging a hole in the yard to keep food frozen in the winter for sure.
