I just bought one and the the upper button is diferent, in tour videos it s not clear if we have to be pressing that button to cut and it is , it’s not ergonomic at all, returning it

Does this scissor come with a UBS port charger adapter? If not what is the specification on output voltage and current of a compatible USB port adapter to charge the scissor? This scissor indicates 4V MAX in the product description, is that mean 5VDC 0.5A, 1.0A, 2.0 or 2.4A USB adapter does not work?
