Your video is being used to advertise low quality Chinese products and mislead people because of its possible association with your brand. it is hosted on a fake Japanese site:https://kamoto.jp/assembly/
Congrats to Craftsman for making their employees the stars of their videos and not some semi- celebrity! Keep making the tools in the US , creating US jobs, and improving the quality! Happy Labor Day to everyone!!
WARRANY SINGLE SOCKET EXCHANGE ISSUE – HELP NEEDED!I need help. I just want to exchange a 3/8 socket that is damaged. Purchased in a kit at Sears about 4 years ago. Lowes does not sell this individual socket. It is still sold at Sears as item 0094437200 Model # 44372. Originally sold as a socket set #934845. Called 1-888 number and pressed option #3 for Sears product purchased. They wanted to charge me $7.00 shipping to replace a $7.00 socket. Of course I told them this was not acceptable. They gave me case # 6387528. Then I went to the Craftsman website and send message only to get another case # of 10015905. I then a few days later sent a message through the website just to be emailed another case #10042094. I can't believe I've been given three case numbers for one socket exchange. I have literally been on the phone over 2 hours about one socket and still do not have a resolution. Please help.Thank you.
I have bought several of these models. I have 6 CMCF820B 3-speed impacts and 6 CMCD721B hammer drills. They really are great tools, and a great start for SBD / Craftsman in the new era. These are the only Craftsman V20 tools I consider "must have" , other than the multi tool and sander. I am proud to support American jobs. Thanks.
