I'm traumatized by the bad service from DeWalt/Stanley/Black&Decker here in Brazil. I was a fan of the brand, but I feel cheated by their marketing. My saw broke, I went to several authorized technical assistance and none accepted, they say the company does not provide parts after the warranty ends. I looked for their SAC and they claim it was discontinued, they feel they have the right not to supply parts, the customer should throw the tool in the trash and buy another one.
How can we trust to invest $ (here in Brazil tools are expensive) knowing that, a few years later, if it fails or breaks, we'll have to throw it in the trash?
how many n/m?
