  1. It's a great vacuum but the rubber seal is easily lost when emptying the canister, making it inoperable. You can spend 20 minutes on hold to find out replacement gaskets are only $.75 but shipping is $8… and they are out of stock… and Home Depot doesn't stock them either…

  2. @Ryobi – I have a stick vac less than 90 days and after use today it will stand up straight but it will fall left or right. It used to work fine. Upon inspection there is nothing obvious and I need your help. Please respond with which part controls the left to right locking for storage.

  3. if you plan on using the attachments, dont buy this vacuum. they literally made the mistake of the brush attachment going on BACKWARDS. the brush faces up.. which makes it pretty much useless. a 200$ vacuum and they couldnt even bother testing it out.. or worse, they did test it and missed it or let it continue to sell the way it is..

  4. The roller brush on mine is hopelessly clogged with fibers which I cannot pull out from the brushes. The carpet fibers are intermeshed with the brush fibers). Is this part (the roller brush) warrantied?
