Battery dies in 3 minutes
I bought a package of M18 attachments from HomeDepot last year and just broke out the hedger attachment for the front bushes this Spring. Unfortunately, something is very wrong with it. Perhaps the inner gears are misaligned or the chain mechanism is off (haven't taken it apart to see how it works). Point is, it's brand new but defective. Tried to return to HomeDepot just the hedger but they told me I needed to return ALL the attachments (I bought a 5 pack). Customer service person told me I could call "the 800 number" but didn't know what it was. Any Milwaukee person know what I'm supposed to do with this?

Struggled with some light new growth on that boxwood. 🤭 Wow.
Worst commercial ever.
What a joke. Show someone at the job site. that is a ridiculous example.
It would be great if these units didn't melt at the battery connection. Destroying both motor and battery
