[Music] the speed of the m18 fuel hog was definitely faster it made everything a lot easier i can definitely do my job faster with this tool it was uh going through multiple studs faster the tool is really balanced it’s not too heavy and for the power that it puts out it definitely is way better than having anything hoarded not being too heavy definitely helps you being able to hold it above your head for longer periods of time i can drill all day long and barely feel anything at the end of the day i ran the whole hog for about eight hours straight had no issues the gun didn’t overheat at all it ran flawlessly i would definitely recommend this tool for the fact that it’s way faster than the first gen it takes less power to get your holes done and less fatigue you

  1. I have three of these. This tool is laughably bad. Anything more than 2 studs get ready to grab your pistol drill to finish the hole. This thing is going into protection mode non stop on a 12ah battery. Pretty sad when the small drill has more useable power than this thing. Been in contact with Milwaukee multiple times, been sent replacements, same problem. Apparently these things were not designed for a more aggressive 7/8" Lennox auger bit. The one I had that actually worked well (gen 1) let the smoke out after a year or so, and once repaired suffers from the same issues the gen 2 models suffer from, even worse in the cold too. I'm not the only one that experiences this, and I'm baffled that all the tool shills on YT have not brought this up. Give me actual power, it's a big drill we can hold on, stop trying to save my wrist or the tool.

  2. I bought thr very first Generation, and itsthe worse tool from Milwaukee.

It can't drill anything but the smallest holes 1½" and under. They definitely geared it wrong or something…there should have been a recall…it just sits in my garage a total useless tool.
