Good but some things not explained
Why can't I find these anymore
BS pro's use this. This companies tools are JUNK. I was given an 18V driver as a gift. Used it once for 2 minutes. Then stored it for a couple years. Take it out, both batteries won't charge now. One says it's defective, they other blinks like it's overheating and never charges. Contacted customer service and get this, the customer service email form is broken on their site just produces an error (RED FLAG), their customer support number as of now is NOWHERE on their website you have to dig on the net to find it (RED FLAG), the only way I contacted them about it was finding out they have live chat which is a TINY little button on the website (RED FLAG). Support was useless and essentially said they discontinued the batteries and I could check batteries and bulbs website. Ironically that site makes batteries for every brand almost EXCEPT PORTER CABLE! (RED FLAG). This company produces junk, and like Apple practices planned obsolescence and discontinue their tools and batteries so you have to by new ones. The batteries are junk to help with that profiteering practice. TOTAL CRAP COMPANY THAT RIPS OFF HARD WORKING PEOPLE. STEER CLEAR!!!

Better watch what you buy from Porter Cable I had a table saw that i bought I thought I was buying something made by Porter Cable but I was wrong, the Porter cable name was licensed to a company called Chang Type that made the saw and put the Porter Cable name on it. I received a letter in the mail stating that the saw had be recalled because the motors are catching fire and they want to pay you $75.00 dollars for a saw that you paid 150 for. My free advice stay away from Porter Cable because they are junk, and the company practices deceptive ways of making the buyer think that he is getting a Porter Cable product when you are really buying a Chang Type.

My God! This Vac saved our lives a couple weeks ago.>>> We bought a rowhouse in D.C., about a month ago or so, and soon after we had the super heavy rain for 4-5 days. The basement flooded, and for an entire evening we worked this thing, since the Home Depot was closed and we could not get the temporary/portable suction pump. My husband was certain it would not last but it surprised us both. Still working perfectly well. Easy to use and very light.
