I’m a small
Engine repair youtuber. I did a review video a couple of years ago recommending to my elderly neighbor your skil electric battery powered mower. After a few months of using it, she told me that when it’s cold, the mower won’t start or work. She put it in the sun for a while and it worked. She tried keeping the battery indoors and no dice, still doesn’t work. I told her that didn’t make any sense. She’s convinced it’s the motor that needs to be warm or it won’t work. While she is content with it, for her to have to heat the mower up in the sun for an hour before she uses it is certainly not ideal. I’m sure your intent is for your customers to have a reliable machine that can work when they want it to. Have you heard of this issue ever? The video is below for reference of model. Any feedback I can give her would be appreciated. Possibly a fix so I can make a follow up video. Thanks

how long should the battery last? I've had my mower a little more than a year…I charge it but nothing is working…don't know what the problem might be…
Please show how to remove the mulching insert…I can't get mine out…and I don't want to break anything…the directions say grasp the handle and pull it out…not easy.
People don't realize how important the cooling technology is until you read comments on other companies products about hot batteries.
Ready for the 12 v fan. Love the 12v line.
You all need to expand your line of equipment other companies have so many power tools to fit every need and you all just have the same old, its great products just need more, more innovation, take a company like Makita, they have all sorts of things like water warmer cooler pressure washer, etc etc, please expand please, make a zero turn riding mower, heck EGO did, make one, do more make more, wheres your 2022 lineup, wheres your enhancements ????
