The new ryobi tools are made of thin plastic, and when it cracks and falls apart, they refuse to honor the warranty. My 5 years old one is still in great shape. Too bad they have gone down hill, and try to blame customers for poorly build products.

Purchased the dual-blade mower. Blades and other parts broke off and flew out because of a plastic rotor/hub piece. Customer service did not seem to care. No refund for this dangerous product? They ordered me parts. I have been waiting for those for two months. Still nothing. I had to buy a gas mower today because my grass is getting tall. Dropped another $400 on that. At least the blades on the gas mower are not held in place by plastic nubs on a plastic rotor/hub. Crazy. I will never purchase Ryobi products again.

I have been slowly building my Ryobi collection and have used Ryobi for many years. I am at a point where the older tools need to be replaced, and most of the batteries have quit working. I am just waiting for some great deals before purchasing. These tools have held up through all of the things I put them through, such as using drill for a hammer, falling off roofs and scaffolding, and so much more lol. I have had many competitors' tools fail quicker than Ryobi.
Can't find the dual roller vacuum! also I see Australia is getting a new 18v cooler I want one of those here in America!
