Can we get 16” Links for the Wall Link system ?
Can’t express how dissatisfied & disappointing the ryobi days & Ryobi Holiday Deals are this year. By far the worst I’ve ever seen. I’m a loyal and avid fan. I LITERALLY HAVE so many Ryobi tools, it is insane.
Every single “promo” or deal is seemingly the MOST BASIC brushed tools and starter kits…
While I understand starter kits are Great for those who don’t really use there tools & simply need a couple options for a round the house…. What about those ryobi customers/fans that CLEARLY HAVE A DRILL, a multi tool, & all of the basic saws… (brushless, mind you.) I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on your product & am still a big fan of the value & growing product lines… just getting frustrated that these “deals” are consistently getting worse and worse.
Here’s an idea… How about if I buy a battery pack instead of forcing a tool I already own as my benefit… I could simply use the value of that tool towards the purchase of other ryobi products that I may, in fact actually still want to purchase….
Lastly,
For the love of god… ryobi and Milwaukee are owned by the same company….
Can you please increase the quality of the Link System Storage Boxes… even when a lock is attached… the lids can easily be pulled up from the sides… which have resulted in stolen tools. Trust me.
Hope it doesn’t rain at all when they are in your truck bed…. Def not waterproof… & the latches literally rival the cheapest harbor freight option…

I’m Still a ryobi fan… and love the products. Just finding it harder and harder each day to not simply abandoned my previous investments in So many products and move to a different brand.
Genuinely running out of reasons to stick with ryobi. Sales are bad and tools are getting expensive.
Started replacing my my old NiMH Makita during the Pandemic because I couldn't find batteries for them, stayed with Makita instead of others including Ryobi because of MY brand loyalty but the stem battery didn't help. Went with Ryobi recently because I needed a Brad Nailer and Stapler and your offerings had good reviews and I'm glad I did, plus your customer loyalty with the Stem battery that I held against you a few years ago I now consider a plus… Go figure, anywell you share space with big blue in my tool box now so congratulations and thanks🤙

Hey ryobi I am a faithful ryobi customer and have spent thousands on the tools and I love them. But I gotta say this years sales have been the worst I've seen yet. First in the ryobi days you ripped us off a black 4ah battery and a 6ah hp battery. Second the tool selection was low and not to great. This year holiday bogo I even worse. How could you do this. So far the holiday is the buy the starter kit and brushed tools only. Are you kidding me. Come on. Compared to last years black friday deals its like night and day.
