  1. I just got my tools 3 months ago the app says they are not under warranty any longer!! It’s a machine on the chat so that is no help either

  2. Your warranty states 3 years from date date of purchase. Why is the rapid repair option calculating based on manufacture date?

  3. Just a few weeks ago I had a tool a few days before the warranty expired and I didn't know of this. I just looked into where a repair place is and it was 2 hours away, so I just threw the high volume inflator away….

  4. Going through ryobi rapid repair was a horrible nightmare. They are by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced

  5. Can you please rapidly fix your website so I can register my tools and get my saw sent in for repair? That'd be great.

  6. Their warranty is not rapid at all. It took one month to get the warranty approved and they sent me an email saying the replacement shipped and there was no shipping info included. I’ve been waiting over a month since it supposedly shipped. There is nothing rapid about their repairs. Absolutely unsatisfied with the whole experience. The product I got was broken when I bought it.

  7. Has anyone at Ryobi ever tried their Rapid Repair Service? When I tried to file a claim, it said the warranty expires 3 years after the MANUFACTURING DATE NOT THE PURCHASE DATE? Then I got a 504 Gateway Timeout so apparently not going to get my broken tool fixed.

  8. It was rapid, but it wasn't repaired. Now, the second time I sent the broken tool in, they said they'd replace it, but I can't get any answer on WHEN they'll replace it.

  9. Register your tool immediately after purchase..We have a new Rapid Repair in Anderson SC,. Hassle Free..

  10. Not available in Canada of course…
I got so fed up of having to fight to get broken Ryobi tools fixed/replaced that I've decided to switch to another brand.
After 35+ Ryobi tools, I am done.

  11. First, Ridgid Service Direct, and now, Ryobi Rapid Repair. TTI is steppin' up their support game!
You love to see it. Nice job, keep it going, guys!

  12. Try registering the new USB lithium tools….You can't they don't show up oh and the website does not show all the tools you previously registered. I love the tools but the website is beyond frustrating. I am not you typical Ryobi tool owner, I have over 300 products registered according to them and the website makes me want to switch brands.

  13. RYOBI does not honor their warranty. Do not buy RYOBI if you are in HAWAII. You will be forced to ship to the mainland for service. I was quoted almost $200 shipping cost from UPS & USPS for my weed wacker that is still under warranty for the SLOWEST possible shipping. This means you are without the tool for weeks/months in addition to the cost, assuming they will even honor your claim.

  14. I was wondering why my newest registered tools do not show up? The number is the correct amount, but no tools?
